All sales are final. This products contained in this website or in the store are provided “as is,” with all faults, and Circa 1857 express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

  • The buyer should examine each product carefully and review all photos before purchasing.
  • Each product is sold “As is, where is”. We will make note of any flaws or defects, but buyer is acknowledging that the nature of antiques and vintage decor has signs of use, including scratches, blemishes, and dents/dings.
  • Circa 1857 will make sure to document any flaws to the best of our ability, and the buyer can rest-assured we wouldn’t sell anything that didn’t meet our quality standards.
  • Circa 1857 accepts no responsibility for damages to items incurred during the shipping process.We, to the best of our ability will pack items well and safely, but ultimately place any blame for breakage on the shipping provider.

Shipping

It is the Buyer's responsibility to inquire about shipping. It is also the Buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping through Circa 1857's channels or a 3rd Party platform. Circa 1857 is not liable for damages incurred in the shipping process. In the case with issues during delivery, the Buyer should settle all matters with the shipper directly. A buyer can choose to checkout without obtaining a quote prior, but should understand they are still liable for those costs. 

Purchases that are not picked up, or scheduled to be shipped or delivered within 2 weeks of purchase will be defaulted upon and will be resold. The buyer will not receive compensation. 

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Circa 1857, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.

Circa 1857, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
