Circa 1857 is excited to offer a handful of spaces to a select group of antique dealers. Booths rarely come available, but we're re-working some layouts and have a handful of spaces ready to rent. Read below for some details.
Requirements:
• Must have a steady source of inventory. We are not looking for individuals who are simply trying to liquidate. Instead, we're looking for dealers who either have been in a shop before, or intend to consistently replenish their space.
• Inventory should be antique or vintage. All items need to me a general decorum of the store.
• Booth should be well curated and maintained.
Details:
• Dealers rent a designated booth space. The rental rate is roughly $4.00 / Sq. Ft. We take into consideration placement in the store, functionality and other details that may increase or decrease certain rental prices.
• A 20% commission is deducted from each sale.
• Circa 1857 collects and handles all sales taxes.
• Circa 1857 handles all logistics (like delivery, shipping, etc)
